The Field approach

Fewer products, named ingredients, published doses

Field exists because the supplement aisle is mostly theater: proprietary blends that hide how little of the good stuff is in there, hero doses on the label that no study ever used, and a new miracle ingredient every quarter.

So we do the boring things instead. Every ingredient is named down to its form and its extract. Every amount is printed. No proprietary blends, anywhere in the range. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate is yours on request.

And we say no. No melatonin in the sleep formula. No BCAAs, because they are redundant if you eat enough protein. No pre-workout, because that is caffeine with a markup. A short range of things that hold up is worth more than a long one that does not.
